C.I.A.A. CRYSTAL BROOK SALE YARDS - SA

Located in the Mid North, in the heart of some of South Australia’s most productive sheep country,
the C.I.A.A Crystal Brook Saleyards is now dedicated to be the primary hub of shedding sheep sales in SA
and ideally located to the significant expansion in shedding sheep production. The facility is set to impress
being the first and only sale yards of its kind with the yards hosting a holding capacity of up to 10,000 head of
livestock and B-double truck access. SA’s only dedicated site to transact shedding sheep was launched with a
successful first sale in March of 2023, a yarding of around 5000 sheep was offered in the sale with multiple
vendors snapping up the opportunity to take advantage of a strong turnout of buyers and onlookers. The Crystal
Brook complex is in an ideal location for clients from the Eyre Peninsula, Broken Hill pastoral districts, SA
pastoral districts, Yorke Peninsula and the Murray Mallee, whilst also seeing strong support from buyers and
sellers from the South East of the state.
